Abdel Hafez Gougha is a Libyan political activist.
Mr. Abdel Hafez Gougha was a well-known activist and organizer during the Libya Protests of 2011 that sought to oust Muammar Al Gaddafi from power . He was however detained by security forces when they raided his house at night.
