Preparing Dill Shepu and Methi Leaves healthy indian dish.
Chop Garlic (4)
Chop green chillies (2)
Chop onions (1)
Chop potatoe very fine (1)
Add few cumin seeds to the frying oil.
Fry the garlic and onions.
Cut the green vegetable methi.
Add Turmeric powder.
Add potatoe slices to the frying oil.
Add crushed peanuts. (optional)
Add a little bit of chilly powder.
Add the chopped green chillies.
Add salt.
Add the green leaves to the mix.
Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Ready to eat, with Roti, Mango pickel and radish.
