– Chop Garlic
– Heat Lentil in microwave for 5 minutes.
– Fry Garlic, Red Chillies tgeb Add Cracked broken wheat.
– for 2 portions of wheat add 1 portion of lentil.
– Add the cooked lentil which was heated up earlier.
– Add water to mix (twice amont of grains)
– Add salt and stir the mix.
– Cook in pressure cooker.
– Ready to serve with butter on top.
