Sama Beirut Skyscraper is a massive architectural development in Sodeco Lebanon, said to be the Tallest Building in Beirut.
Located in the heart of Ashrafieh, Sama Beirut Tower rises to 193 meters tall (256 meters above sea level) with 50 stories , and will include shops, offices and apartments. Offices will be located on the 3rd to the 8th floor. Simplexes and duplexes will be located from the 10th to the 50th floors. Apartment areas vary between 300 and 1500m2.
Developed by Antonios Projects, Sama Beirut was launched in August 2009 and is currently under construction, set to be complete by mid 2014.
Developer Fadi Antonios and architects Elie Gebrayel and Randa Gebrayel (Erga Group) believe Sama Beirut Tower will serve as an architectural Landmark in Lebanon’s real estate sector.
To note that an archeological discovery at Sama Beirut construction site delayed the project. An ancient burial ground was discovered on the plot and excavations are underway by Lebanese archaeologists. Several well preserved tombs and skeletons were discovered while the bulldozers were digging.
