Marina Towers Beirut is a residential complex in Lebanon, built near the Beirut Marina, Mina El Hosn, Solidere.
The Marina Towers is said to be the biggest and most prestigious residential project on the Mediterranean Sea, and consists of a high-rise apartment building (Marina Tower) and two mid-rise apartment buildings (Marina Court and Marina Garden). It includes ultra luxurious simplex, duplex apartments and a penthouse with a private pool.
The Marina Towers are linked to the Beirut Western Marina through a private tunnel, with a private access to the marina’s mooring facilities and leisure activities.
The Marina Towers were designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (a renowned firm of architects), and built on over 7,000 sqm of land with the main tower reaching a height of 150 meters above sea level (not actual heights of the structure), making it the third Tallest Building in Beirut Lebanon after Sama Beirut Tower and Al Murr Tower.
