Ayten Amer is an Egyptian actress. Her real name is Samar Mohamed Ahmed and she was born in Alexandria, Egypt. Ayten Amer is the sister of egyptian actress Wafaa Amer.

She studied acting at the institute of theatrical arts.
Ayten started acting when she was seventeen years old. Her first appearance to public was in the famous ramadan TV series Hadrat Al Moutaham Abi staring Nour El Sherif.
