As all creators and innovators, Rafic Younes started practicing his profession since 1973 when he was 14 years of age. He has worked in many beauty salons in Beirut and afterwards he managed four salons on his own. To summit up, he moved to open his own recent beauty salon.
He has been a part of many local as well as international festivals in which he represented Lebanon and held its name up high. He has fascinated the world by presenting his unique work on international catwalks either alone or with the help of his team.
As a member of many international clubs, he has been elected the Treasurer of the Beauty Salon Committee in Lebanon in 1983 and the General Secretary in 2003.
In 2003 he was elected as the third vise-president of the Beauty and Creativity Pioneers Union.
In 2002 he established the one of a kind academy in Lebanon to educate the youth about the basics of the hairstyling profession. Due to its huge success, a new branch was directly established in Saida to cater the needs of the eager public.
Meanwhile he is writing a book about the basics of the beauty salon profession.
