Lebanon Holy Land

Country: Lebanon

A site about the maronites, saints, monasteries and churches. Provides historic information, texts and pictures.

I was born in Annaya where the first thing I saw is Saint Maroun Monastery.

Annaya without the monastery does not exist.
Without the monastery, I would not be what I am now:
Monk and Priest.
There is nothing that can be offered to this Monastery except
prayers to God to protect this precious treasure of ours.

What is this treasure? No doubt, everyone knows it is
"Saint Charbel".

This is where the idea of this site started.
So I take the adventure to give to the world
"Lebanon The Holy Land"(Lebnen-Ladese)
with all its monasteries, churches and saints..

I will be very glad to read your comments and suggestions for the site.
Saint Maroun and Saint Charbel be with you all who surf these pages.
Remember this site is just the begining.
Finally, thanks to all my friends who helped and will help me keep this site updated.
